7. Payments and Subscriptions

- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Subscription fees are charged according to your selected plan
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- Refunds are handled according to our refund policy

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Third-party platform API changes or outages
- Data loss (regular backups recommended)
- Issues caused by social media platform policy changes

9. Intellectual Property

- Publish Kit platform and code remain our property
- Your content remains your property
- You grant us license to process and publish your content as instructed
- Our trademarks and branding may not be used without permission

10. Third-Party Services
